The procurement concerns the establishment of systems for emergency alarms, patient signal and fractional alarms as well as operation and maintenance of systems established under the agreement, including the hardware and software and the configurations and licenses necessary for the solution. Start-ups can include both local and central solutions. Region Västmanland has a need to establish emergency alarms, patient signalling systems and fractional alarms in connection with changed and/or new needs and functions in existing premises, during renovation or new construction. The procurement also includes necessary services such as installation, technical commissioning, subsequent service, support and maintenance, and training. It will also be possible to further develop and supplement solutions installed under the agreement. Patient signalling systems, emergency alarms and fractional alarms are critical systems in the region's operations and are used daily by patients and healthcare professionals. There are high demands on robustness, accessibility and safety to ensure patient safety. The procurement is divided into two sub-areas: 1. Emergency alarm 2.
