Description

1) The subject of the contract is to provide in 2025 comprehensive services in the field of occupational safety and health of self-government educational units, whose governing body is the Municipality of Kraków, hereinafter referred to as “units”. 2) The maximum number of units operated by the Contractor at any time of service may not exceed 290 units. 3) Subject to paragraph. 2) above, the Ordering Party reserves the right to change the number of units operated by the Contractor. Contractors under this change shall not be entitled to any claims against the Ordering Party, including financial claims. For a given settlement period (month) the Contractor will receive only remuneration for the service of the units shown to be handled by the Ordering Party during this period.
