3.1. Improving the quality of vocational training under the European Social Fund Plus. 3.3. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in Annex 1 to the SWZ. 3.4. Place of performance of the contract: Classes will be held at the address indicated by the Contractor – in accordance with the requirements of a given course – in Tarnów or another place in the Tarnów District, provided that the Contractor provides transport (there and back) of training participants from the Vocational Training Centre. 3.5. The Contractor shall be required to have an entry in the Register of Training Institutions (RIS) or a similar register kept in the country in which the Contractor is established. 3.6. (for parts 8, 9, 11, 13, 14, 15 and 16) The Contractor will perform the practical part of the classes in the workplace indicated in the offer, to which the Contractor has the consent of the person/persons managing this workplace. 3.7. The Contracting Authority requires that persons assigned by the Contractor to perform the contract, who will have contact with minor participants of training courses, meet the requirements of the Act of 13 May 2016 on counteracting threats of sexual crime and protecting minors (Journal of Laws of 2016, No. Journal of Laws 2024, item 560). At the request of the Contracting Authority, the Contractor shall submit appropriate certificates from the National Criminal Register for these persons. 3.9.
