Saleforce consultancy: maintenance & projects The subject of the procurement procedure is corrective and scalable maintenance and the provision of consultants for projects relating to solutions implemented and built around Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning, Experience Cloud portal and other Salesforce components or solutions. This contract tends to meet a need for maintenance of the Salesforce platform, on-site or remotely, but also a project need via expertise missions and/or the implementation of projects for the implementation of new solutions. The aim of the contract is to conclude a cascading Framework Agreement with all tenderers who have submitted a compliant tender. The 3 best-ranked tenderers according to the award criteria will be considered as active tenderers. The latter will be consulted for subsequent contracts. Other tenderers whose tenders comply will be considered as reserve tenderers. Their contract will be activated in the event of failure by one of the three active operators (Cascade). The contract consists of a single lot.
