Description

The subject-matter of the LP is the acquisition and preservation of 40 tonnes of long-lived sausages (hereinafter also referred to as ‘salamis’). As part of the State material reserves (hereinafter also referred to as ‘HR’), sausages will be the property of the Czech Republic. According to Section 35 of the Act, the subject of the VZ is divided into 4 (four) separate parts, namely: 1st part of the ACR: Delivery and protection of 10 tons of long-lasting heat-treated sausages. 2nd part of the ACR: Delivery and protection of 10 tons of long-lasting heat-treated sausages. 3rd part of the AA: Delivery and protection of 10 tons of long-lasting fermented sausages. 4th part of the AA: Delivery and protection of 10 tons of long-lasting fermented sausages. The conditions of supply and preservation are set out in detail in the attached binding proposals for the "Purchase Contracts" and the "Contract for the Protection of State Material Reserves" and are identical for Parts 1 and 2 of the Public Procurement Act and identical for Parts 3 and 4 of the Public Procurement Act.
