The aim of the tender is to conclude a Framework Agreement with a maximum of two (2) market parties for the planning and implementation of the temporary traffic measures (TRMs) for a maximum duration of two (2) years. The Contractor shall take care of: 1. Timely installation and removal of TVMs at events; 2. Maintenance: maintaining TVMs for the duration of the diversion; correction, replacement and repair and control of TVMs placed; 3. Storage of purchased TVMs if the Client has given separate and written instructions for this; 4. Modify drawings existing bypasses when necessary. Original drawing is provided by the event agency. For each event, this drawing is evaluated, after which small adjustments must be made; 5. Deployment of traffic controllers, when required from safety region; 6. Use of TVMs and, if necessary, traffic controllers in the event of emergencies. Annually, about 110,000 euros excl. VAT is spent on temporary traffic measures for events.
