Description

La présente consultation vise à la passation d'un accord-cadre de services d'entretiens courants de petits travaux d'électricité et d'éclairages extérieurs sur le patrimoine immobilier géré par Paris Habitat-OPH. Cet accord-cadre est divisé en 6 lots territoriaux : - Lot 1 : Direction Territoriale Nord-Est (sans montant minimum, avec un montant maximum annuel de 2 760 000 euro(s) HT, soit 11 040 000 pour 4 ans d'exécution). - Lot 2 : Direction Territoriale Nord-Ouest. - Lot 3 : Direction Territoriale Sud-Est. - Lot 4 : Direction Territoriale Sud-Ouest. - Lot 5 : Direction Territoriale Est. - Lot 6 Direction des Territoires Métropolitains. Le présent accord-cadre est traité à prix unitaires, au moyen de bons de commande, conformément aux articles R2162-2 et suivants du Code de la commande publique. Chacun des lots est monoattributaire
