The purpose of this consultation is to conclude a framework agreement for routine maintenance services for small electrical works and outdoor lighting on the real estate assets managed by Paris Habitat-OPH. This framework agreement is divided into six territorial lots: - Lot 1: Territorial Directorate North-East (no minimum amount, with a maximum annual amount of EUR 2 760 000 excluding VAT, i.e. 11 040 000 for four years of implementation). - Lot 2: Northwest Territorial Direction. - Lot 3: Territorial Direction South-East. - Lot 4: Territorial Direction South-West. - Lot 5: Territorial Directorate East. - Lot 6 Direction des Territoires Métropolitains.
