The Government Office of Jász-Nagykun-Szolnok County, subject to enforcement proceedings and indicated in its implementing decision, abandoned and accumulated on properties located in the administrative area of Jász-Nagykun-Szolnok County in accordance with Government Decree No 72/2013 (VIII. 27.) the collection, loading, transport and treatment of hazardous and non-hazardous waste (approximately 915 t) with different waste identifiers (HAK) classified under the Decree of the Minister for Rural Development. The successful tenderer is responsible for collecting the waste on the spot, selecting it if necessary, cutting and compacting it in order to increase the efficiency of the transport, loading the waste by manual or mechanical means, as well as weighing and handling the waste, handing it over to a licensed operator according to the waste identification code, bearing in mind the principles and waste hierarchy laid down in Act CLXXXV of 2012 on waste. The Winning Bidder may reclassify the waste into a different waste identification code (WIN) during the performance of the task compared to the individual order, but this shall not entail additional costs for the Customer.
