Description

DVZ Datenverarbeitungszentrum Mecklenburg-Vorpommern GmbH (contractor) shall, upon request from the direct and indirect state administration of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and other sponsorship of the state of M-V (but not the municipalities in M-V), ensure that companies owned by the state are equipped with IT technology. In addition, the client, as a 100% state-owned GmbH, has its own need for IT technology. With the conclusion of this framework agreement, the rental of digital, network-capable copying and printing systems with click price per page and full service is to be made possible. The equipment remains the property of the contractor. In addition, the contracting authority may award separate service contracts to the contractor on the basis of this framework agreement. These service contracts are additional services in the context of the preparation and operation of the printing systems for the equipment rented by the consumer and the client. In addition to DVZ M-V GmbH, its customers in the state administration in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern are also providers of supplies. The Contracting Parties to this Framework Agreement shall be the Contracting Authority and the Contractor. Exclusively with regard to the leases to be granted under this framework agreement, the users are entitled to conclude leases with the contractor under their own name in accordance with the provisions of the framework agreement and the model full-service lease (Annex 4 to the framework agreement) for a period of 60 months.
