Le présent marché a pour objet le nettoiement d'espaces publics métropolitains et autres espaces conventionnés sur la commune de Fontaines sur Saône et zones limitrophes de Sathonay-Camp. Le présent marché est réservé aux structures d'insertion professionnelle (articles L5132-4 et L5213-13 du Code du travail). Il a pour objectif sur le socle de prestations de nettoiement : - D'accueillir les personnes exclues par une structure de l'emploi et de l'insertion, - D'élaborer un parcours personnel d'insertion professionnelle et sociale, - De rapprocher ces personnes avec l'environnement économique, leur accompagnement tout au long du retour à l'emploi
