The contracts referred to in point 6 will be awarded after conducting a separate public procurement procedure under the direct award procedure. 9. The contracts referred to in point 6 shall be awarded in the event of the need to increase the material scope of the services being the subject of the contract due to natural or atmospheric conditions, changes in the market for the sale of wood or entrusting the Contracting Authority with new economic or public tasks, as well as in the event that it is impossible to select forest services under the basic procurement procedures for objective reasons, in order to secure the necessary performance of works and in the event of entrusting the Contractor with works constituting a substitute for works carried out by another Contractor. 10. The commissioning of the services covered by the contracts referred to in point 6, their receipt, determination of the value of these works, payment and liability for their non-performance or improper performance, including liability in the form of contractual penalties, as well as the exercise of the contracting authority’s rights under the contract, including the exercise of the right to withdraw from the contract, will take place in the same way as in the case of the services covered by the basic contract.
