Description

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of canned meat and fish. The subject-matter of the contract must meet the conditions, parameters, guarantee periods specified in the description of the subject-matter of the contract (Minimum Quality Requirements) constituting Annex 4 to the VMS, in the assortment and quantities in accordance with the price form – Annex 3 to the VMS and the draft provisions of the contract – Annex 2 to the VMS. 2.Detailed description of the subject of the contract and the manner of performance of the contract include the draft provisions of the contract (including annexes).3. Delivery will be made on a working day, i.e. from Monday to Thursday from 8.00 to 13.00, on Friday from 8.00 to 11.00, in addition to public holidays on the date agreed between the Contractor and the Ordering Party (by phone, fax or e-mail) two full working days in advance. 4.The costs of transport and insurance of transport to the Ordering Party shall be borne by the Contractor.5.Quality parameters, required (minimum) warranty period - are specified in Annex 4 to the SWZ (PDF) - Description of the subject of the contract (Minimum Quality Requirements). The Ordering Party requires a guarantee for the offered subject of the contract on terms consistent with the description of the subject of the contract.6.In accordance with Article 441 of the Act of 11 September 2019.
