Description

As part of its reorganisation, ERDF decided to transfer the headquarters of the Limousin Regional Directorate, based in Limoges, grouping together certain technical and tertiary activities on a single site to be built in the same city. ERDF is therefore looking for a mixed-use building to be leased under a BEFA to meet its specific needs, which will be specified in the forthcoming consultation documents. Fitting-out work on behalf of ERDF shall be carried out in accordance with the forthcoming consultation documents, before the date of delivery of the building, which is the date on which BEFA takes effect.
