Description

1. The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste from owners of residential and uninhabited properties located in the Municipality of Gorlice, collected by them in accordance with the provisions of the regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Municipality of Gorlice and organizing the Stationary Point of Selective Collection of Municipal Waste in Gorlice and ensuring the provision of waste reception and management services there. Services in the field of collecting and accepting municipal waste and its management will be provided to owners of real estate inhabited and uninhabited from the Gorlice Commune - in accordance with the Resolution of the Gorlice Commune Council on the detailed method and scope of providing services in the field of collecting municipal waste from property owners from the Gorlice Commune and the management of this waste, in return for the fee paid by the property owners for the management of municipal waste. 2. The estimated amount of tons of municipal waste collected and accepted at PSZOK during the contract implementation period in the Municipality will be approx. 3 188,24 Mg (including 1 800,00 Mg of waste of code 20 03 01; 740,00 Mg of waste paper and paperboard, glass, plastics, multi-material packaging and metal, 225.00 Mg of bio-waste; 320,00 Mg of bulky waste; and 103.24 Mg of other waste).
