The subject of the contract is the award and servicing of two long-term loans divided into two parts: Part 1 - Granting and servicing a long-term loan intended to finance a planned budget deficit Part 2 - Granting and servicing a long-term loan intended to finance an investment entitled: ‘Platform for public e-services in the City and Municipality of Jawornik Polski’ The basis for calculating the cost of the loan for the purpose of comparing and selecting the most advantageous offer is the loan cost calculator constituting Annex 1A, 1.B, to the FVC – this is an active form for calculating the cost of the loan. A detailed description of the subject of the contract shall specify: 1) Description of the subject-matter of the contract (OPZ) – constituting Annex No 2.1, 2.2 to the FTZ 2) Draft provisions of the public procurement contract – constituting Annex No 3.1, 3.2 to the FTZ
