Autoritatea contractanta intenționează să încheie contracte pentru achiziționarea de licențe software - 2 loturi, conform caietului de sarcini atașat.
Numărul de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor: 20 zile.
