Description

Der Auftragsgeber beabsichtigt, die Bestandsgebäude auf dem Grundstück Große Freiheit Nr. 58-60, als Teilprojekt einer übergeordneten Quartiersentwicklung, deren Grundlage der im Jahr 2016 durchgeführte Realisierungswettbewerb darstellt, instand zu setzen und zu sanieren. Die Planungsphase soll unverzüglich nach der Beauftragung, voraussichtlich im Juni 2022 beginnen. Gegenstand dieses Vergabeverfahrens sind die Planungsleistungen der Leistungsphase 1 bis 8 im Leistungsbild Objektplanung Gebäude und Innenräume.
Auf Grund der Erbringung von Teilleistungen durch die Auftraggeberin im Zuge der Ausschreibung und Vergabe der Bauleistungen wurden die entsprechenden Teilleistungen abgemindert.
Die benötigten Planungsleistungen des Vorhabens werden stufenweise beauftragt. Die Beauftragung erfolgt dabei in 4 Stufen, wobei sich die einzelnen Leistungsphasen wie folgt auf die Stufen aufteilen:
Stufe 1: Lph 1 Grundlagenermittlung
Lph 2 Vorplanung
Lph 3 Entwurfsplanung
Stufe 2: Lph 4 Genehmigungsphase
Stufe 3: Lph 5 Ausführungsplanung
Lph 6 Vorbereiten der Vergabe
Lph 7 Mitwirken bei der Vergabe (teilweise)
Stufe 4: Lph 8 Objektüberwachung (Bauüberwachung) und Dokumentation
