Description

The Business Strategy[SS1] assigns HbR 2025-2029 key result 10.4 to the Innovation Department. The assignment described is to increase the total innovation score for companies in the port by 30%. For 2025-2029, we therefore invest in having a leading role in the regional innovation ecosystem (with national and international influence and impact) based on a central innovation agenda. In doing so, we create a broad licence to operate, resulting in a positive impact on the knowledge economy, the labour market, the business climate, the (inter)national positioning of the port of Rotterdam and the earning capacity of the port authority, its partners and the region. The project goal of the Consultancy & Business Development Innovation project is to develop the central innovation agenda, with the help of various external business consultants. In order to set out the various assignments - in subject matter, commitment and time course - HbR wants to bind various organizations to itself for a period of at least four years.
