Description

The target of the procurement is a temperature monitoring system as a comprehensive service, including an implementation project. Approximately 800-1000 temperature sensors will be purchased during the contract period. The subject matter and scope of the procurement are described in more detail in the invitation to tender and its appendices. The contract is valid for a fixed period of 2 years, after which it will continue for an indefinite period. The customer reserves the right to familiarise himself/herself with the solution of the winning tender by means of a separately arranged trial run before the conclusion of the procurement contract in order to ensure that the tender complies with the invitation to tender. No compensation shall be paid to the tenderer for the trial use. The test run includes the installation of the software with the required data and 5 sensors with programmed +12 - +25 alarm limits, as well as other possible devices, services and accessories that enable the use of the monitoring system. In experimental use, the functionality of the sensors and the reporting properties of the software are tested by placing the sensors at different temperatures (fridge, freezer and oven) in order to generate alarms. In addition, 2 sensors are installed in transport bags that are placed along transport routes where a temperature deviation is simulated. The functionality of sensors and software as well as the requirements of Annex 2 shall be checked as far as possible during testing. Approved trial use is a prerequisite for the commissioning plan.
