Description

Die Stadt Rastatt beabsichtigt die Sanierung der Rheinpromenade Plittersdorf. Auf der franz. Rheinseite wird Ähnliches geplant, ist jedoch nicht Gegenstand des Verfahrens. Die rheinnahen Gebiete sind größtenteils geschützt (Ramsarkonvention, Natura 2000, NSG Rastatter Aue). Der Bereich wird auch touristisch genutzt, u.a. ist eine Schiffsanlagestelle vorhanden, tlw. wird im NSG geparkt u. die Umwelt verschmutzt. Zudem sind Wälder und Wiesen i.Z.m. Rheinhochwassern versandt. i des Projektes ist der Erhalt der Schutzgebiete und eine geordnete Nutzung für touristische Aktivitäten. Hierzu sind Maßnahmen in den Bereichen Landschaftsplanung, Ökologie und Verkehr vorgesehen. Das Vergabeverfahren umfasst die zugehörigen Planungsleistungen (vgl. II 1.1). Durchgeführt wird ein Verhandlungsverfahren mit TN-Wettbewerb in 3 Losen mit stufenweiser Vergabe.
