Description

Denne forhåndsmeddelelse er en orientering om Amgros’ forventede indgåelse af ibrugtagningsaftale for lægemidlet i afsnit 3.1. Amgros vil indgå ibrugtagningsaftaler med alle interesserede, og Amgros opfordrer derfor alle, der potentielt vil indgå i Amgros' ibrugtagningsaftaler for nedenstående lægemidler til at tilkendegive interesse ved fremsendelse af relevante oplysninger inklusive pris til udbud@amgros.dk. Amgros forventer på et senere tidspunkt at udbyde det omfattede lægemiddel som udbudt rammeaftale på offentligt udbud, og forventningen er, at udbuddet offentliggøres inden for de næste 12 måneder, men det vil dog afhænge af flere forhold. Selv når udbuddet er offentliggjort, vil Amgros fortsat indgå ibrugtagningsaftaler på standardvilkår med interesserede, men det vil fra det tidspunkt ikke være muligt at forhandle om vilkår, herunder pris på ibrugtagningsaftalen. De endelige vilkår for udbuddene vil fremgå af udbudsmaterialet, når det offentliggøres. I relation til afsnit 11.2 bemærkes, at udbudsbekendtgørelsen for det omfattede lægemiddel vil blive offentliggjort ved publicering af udbuddet, og at datoen i afsnit 11.2 alene er vejledende.
