Description

On the basis of the framework agreement and the subsequent contracts to be concluded, it will be ensured that the services of storage, use of documents, searching and bringing from the archive, restoration of documents and restoration of archival units, digital conversion and processing and other related services are carried out in good conditions and in accordance with the legislation in force, in accordance with the requirements set out in the tender documentation. The minimum and maximum quantities relating to the framework agreement, i.e. the minimum and maximum quantities for each subsequent contract, are set out in Annex 1 to the Tender Specifications. Frequency of follow-up contracts: A follow-up contract will be concluded every 12 months or depending on the needs of the buyer and the funds allocated. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 12th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders, provided that the requests will be addressed at least 22 days before the deadline set for the submission of tenders.
