Description

1. The subject-matter of the contract is the provision by the temporary work agency (APT) of a service consisting in directing persons (temporary workers) to perform temporary work relating to the performance of control tasks at the on-the-spot control offices of regional branches (OR) and the Headquarters of the Agency for Restructuring and Modernisation of Agriculture, hereinafter referred to as ‘the Contracting Authority’ or ‘the Agency for Restructuring and Modernisation of Agriculture’, in order to carry out the on-the-spot control process for the 2025 campaign, hereinafter referred to as the temporary work service. 2.
