The subject of this consultation is a project management mission for the construction of 43 housing units located 40 Chemin de la Pomme in TASSIN LA DEMI LUNE. A presentation sheet and/or a programme of the operation shall be attached to the consultation file. The contract shall include: 1 single firm tranche (see Article 2.2 "Market composition " of the Rules of Consultation) A contract will be awarded at a revisable flat-rate total price to a single undertaking or to a group. The authorised representative (compulsory architect) of the grouping shall be jointly and severally liable for each of the members of the grouping.
