Description

With this procedure, the Central Purchasing Body (CPP) aims to award a public procurement contract by concluding a framework agreement for the comprehensive cleaning of buildings, work and service premises entrusted to the management and disposal of executive authorities and their administrations throughout the country, with the possibility of including disinfectant treatment activities, if necessary. The technical specification of the public procurement includes environmental criteria pursuant to Ordinance No H-1 of 23 July 2024 on the environmental requirements for certain products subject to public procurement. In addition to cleaning services carried out with environmentally friendly products, the technical specification also includes services for treatment with disinfectants against viral diseases in premises in the buildings of the executive authorities, from which the contracting authorities will be able to benefit if necessary. Disinfection preparations should be entered in the Register of Biocidal Products for which an authorisation for making available on the market has been issued under the Protection against the Harmful Effects of Chemical Substances and Mixtures Act, published on the website of the Ministry of Health: http://www.mh.government.bg/bg/administrativni-uslugi/registri/registar-na-biotsidnite-preparati/ or an equivalent register. The activities of treatment with a disinfectant against viral diseases in the buildings of the executive authorities do not include activities of treatment against pests and disinfestation, and are not within the scope of Regulation No 1 of 5 January 2018 on the conditions and procedure for carrying out disinfections, disinfestations and deratisations, as amended.
