Description

The public procurement procedure is conducted in an open tender procedure pursuant to Article 132 of the Public Procurement Act. The subject of the contract is the supply of medicinal products for drug programs and various drugs according to the following parts: Task 1 - Task 19. The detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract for the above-mentioned lots is set out and described in the ‘Price Form’ (Annex 2) and in Model Contract I (Annex 3), Model Contract II (Annex 3a) and Model Contract III (Annex 3b), which forms an integral part of the Specifications for the Contract Terms and Conditions. If there are grounds for entrusting the processing of personal data, the Contractor undertakes to sign a contract for entrusting the processing of personal data (in accordance with Annex 12 to the SWZ). The content of the notice gives the estimated total value of the subject of the contract with the "option right" - it concerns the value of the entire contract, as well as its individual parts.
