Framework agreement for the planning and implementation of communication measures for the Federal Ministry of Research, Technology and Space
The Federal Ministry of Research, Technology and Space supports research, technology and space in Germany. Science and research, innovation and new technologies are the basis of future prosperity. Together they form the basis for economic success and progress, for growth and jobs. Space technologies and their applications are important tools of the modern information and industrial society. Within the framework of its constitutionally recognised mandate, the BMFTR's governmental public relations work and specialist information is geared to providing targeted and comprehensible information about the work, projects and objectives of the Ministry. State action should be presented in a comprehensible way and the public discussion on this should be made possible. Among other things, the need and impact of projects relevant to research, technology and space are presented and explained by means of high-profile measures in such a way that they contribute to increased awareness, interest and engagement with policy objectives and measures, both among specific target groups, such as the professional public, associations, multipliers (technical information) and the general public (public relations). For the effective communication measures, addressee-oriented communication methods and media are used to reach as many people as possible in the country. The subject-matter of the contract does not cover internal administrative formats of an exclusively administrative and technical nature with no discernible external impact. Internal communication is therefore not part of this contract.
