Description

By means of this call for tenders, the contracting authority intends to select the suppliers with whom it will conclude framework agreements for the supply of cylindrated barley and wheat for the production of mice. Successful tenderers will be invited to participate in mini-competitions to be held every two months, allowing them to revise the prices of their products offered. The supplier with the lowest price will receive orders for the next two months. A new mini-competition will then take place to select the cheapest supplier for the next two months.
There shall be no obligation on the part of the contracting authority to order or guarantee the ordering of products of any specific value and quantity. The contracting authority reserves the right to review the product specifications.
The duration of the Framework Agreement will be 24 months with the right to renew for a further 12 months.
