Description

Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist die Überlassung einer Standardsoftware auf Zeit inklusive Herbeiführung der Betriebsbereitschaft und Systemserviceleistungen inklusive Schulungsleistungen. Der Betrieb der Software erfolgt im Rechenzentrum der Auftraggeberin am Standort Bochum und ist daher nicht Bestandteil der ausgeschriebenen Leistung. Die Einführung/Implementierung der Software ist geplant für das 2-3. Quartal 2025. Die Ausweitung der Software soll gestaffelt nach Anzahl der aktiven Nutzer erfolgen. Anfänglich ist eine Lizenzierung für bis zu 75 aktive Nutzer beabsichtigt. Die Lizenzierung kann in Schritten von jeweils 75 aktiven Nutzern auf bis zu 450 aktive Nutzer unternehmensweit erweitert werden.
