Description

This consultation concerns asbestos removal work in colleges and departmental buildings. This framework agreement with order forms consists of 2 geographical lots, namely:
Lot 1 – Zone A and D: South and East.
Lot 2 – Zone B and C: West and North.
The consultation shall take the form of an open invitation to tender subject to the provisions of Articles 12, 25, 33, 66, 78 and 80 of the Decree of 25.3.2016 on public procurement. Contracts shall be concluded for a period of 1 years, renewable 3 times, with no minimum or maximum annual amounts. They may be renewed tacitly annually, but their total duration may not exceed 4 years. The same undertaking may not be awarded more than one geographical lot. The services provided for in the contracts will start as soon as the administrative order is issued.
