La présente consultation a pour objet les prestations de réservation et d'émission de titres de transports ferroviaires, routiers, aériens ou maritimes, nationaux ou internationaux et de réservation d'hébergements hôteliers et prestations associées, dans le cadre de l'organisation des missions et des déplacements professionnels des élus membres du CASDIS (conseil d'administration du service départemental d'incendie et de secours) et des agents du SDIS 77. Le marché est passé sous la forme d'un appel d'offres ouvert en application des articles R.2124-1 et R.2161-2 à R.2161-5 du CCP. Il s'agit d'un accord cadre à bons de commande attribué à un opérateur économique régi par les articles R.2162-1 à R.2162-6 et R.2162-13 et R.2162-14 du CCP
