The subject of this call for tenders is the commissioning of a company with the construction and operation of a gigabit infrastructure in the ‘grey NGA areas’ of the district of Paderborn (Cluster West). The gigabit-capable high-performance network to be built must ensure a symmetrical (minimum bandwidth) supply of the addresses designated in the expansion area with a bandwidth of at least 1 Gbit/s.
