1. The subject of the contract is: Successive delivery of laboratory materials divided into 3 parts: PART 1 – Glass laboratory articles, PART 2 – Plastic laboratory articles, Part 1, PART 3 – Plastic laboratory articles, Part 2. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in the document entitled: ‘Assortment-price sheet’, constituting Annex 8.1, 8.2 and 8.3 to the FTZ with regard to Parts No 1, No 2, No 3 of the present proceedings respectively. 3. The detailed scope of the obligations to perform the subject of the contract can be found in the document entitled: ‘Draft provisions of the Agreement’, which is attached as Annex 7 to the FTZ in respect of Part 1, No 2, No 3 of the present proceedings. 4. General provisions on the subject of the contract: 4.1. The delivery of the subject of the contract will be carried out successively according to the current needs of the Ordering Party in parts, on the basis of partial orders specifying the size and material scope of the ordered subject of the contract.
