This consultation is being launched with a view to concluding a multi-winning framework agreement with a minimum and maximum amount in accordance with the provisions of Article 78 of the Decree. That framework agreement will give rise to the conclusion of subsequent contracts in accordance with Article 79 of the Decree. Subsequent contracts will be performed as and when required by the issue of order forms, in accordance with Article 80 of the Decree.
