The subject-matter of the contract is the supply and installation of parts for the PGT10 gas turbine at KPMG ‘Mogilno’ (Palędzie Dolne, 88-300 Mogilno), hereinafter referred to as ‘the subject-matter of the contract’. The subject-matter of the contract shall include in particular: STAGE I - Delivery of Part 1. Supplies of parts and components for the replacement of blades of the 1st degree HP shaft during repair works of the hot gas zone of the PGT10 gas turbine set TK31, 2. Acceptance work. STAGE II - HP 1st degree shaft blade replacement services. SERVICE WORKS - OPTION I - Basic service (field work) for the replacement of blades and nozzles of the 1st degree HP rotor and other components of the PGT10 gas turbine set TK31 prod. Nuovo Pignone on a mounted rotor (hereinafter referred to as ‘Option I’). 2. SERVICE WORKS — OPTION II — Legitimate option Service (field work) for replacement of HP rotor blades and nozzles and other components of the PGT10 gas turbine set TK31 prod. Nuovo Pignone, in case of difficulties with replacement on the mounted rotor. In option II, the service work will consist in dismantling / dismantling the HP rotor of the PGT10 gas turbine set TK31, in order to carry out a specific procedure for replacing the 1st degree blades (S1B) and installing the HP rotor. In this case, the S1B dismantling procedure also provides for the dismantling and installation of the second-stage blades (S2B) on the removed HP rotor (‘Option II’). 3. Acceptance works and as-built documentation for the installation of delivered parts for the TK31 set. The detailed scope of the works covered by the subject-matter of the contract is set out in the Detailed Description of the subject-matter of the contract (hereinafter referred to as ‘the SOPZ’), which constitutes Annex No 1 to the SWZ.
