The subject-matter of this contract is the supplier's obligation to provide the following services to the contracting authority: • Monitoring (service support in 24/7 mode including SLA guarantee), • Incident Management, • Performing service interventions and change requests (Change Management), • Consultation, • Extended technical support and operational supervision, These services include the following technologies: • Check Point 9800 Plus (2 in HA mode, central location) • Check Point 1490 NGTP (4 in total, 2 in each remote location) • Check Point 3600 NGTP (2 in remote location) involved in HA • SW elements - management for FW, VSX • Check Point SandBlast Agent (400 licenses) • Check Point 3600 NGTP (2 in remote locations).
