Description

The subject of the contract is the supply of medicinal products including pharmaceutical products, medical needles and syringes, PCR reaction reagents and electrophoresis reagents, laboratory reagents, pipettes and laboratory accessories, laboratory plastics, primary and secondary antibodies and sera, laboratory equipment and analytical and medical kits, hereinafter referred to as products to the PAN Institute of Pharmacology in Kraków at ul. CD 12 in the framework of the project Depression – Mechanisms – Therapies. Operational Programme Innovative Economy 2007-2013, Priority 1. Research and development of modern technologies, Measure 1.1 – Support for research to build a knowledge-based economy, Sub-measure 1.1.2 – Strategic research and development programmes.
The contracting authority shall allow the submission of partial tenders.
The subject of the contract will be implemented in XXX lots. The list of products for each part shall be contained and marked from I to XXX.
The contractor may submit a tender for any quantity of lots.
In each part, deliveries will be made in instalments. The contracting authority shall provide for delivery 2 times a month in each lot.
Delivery of lots shall be ordered in writing not later than 21 days before the due date of delivery, together with a list of the products and the quantities thereof.
A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract for each lot is provided in Annex A – List of products (calculation sheet).
Where the contracting authority has indicated the names of the producers, the catalogue numbers for the sole purpose of determining the quality parameters of the product required, the packaging to which the products being procured must comply, shall authorise equivalent products.
If the Contractor proposes an equivalent product in the tender, the Contractor must demonstrate that the product he offers meets the parameters specified by the Contracting Authority.
In order to confirm that the product offered meets the parameters, the Contractor shall submit to the tender the specified equivalent parameters or documents from which these parameters will be derived.
The specifications of the product proposed (equivalent) in the tender by the Contractor must contain the specified characteristics which demonstrate the conformity of the product offered with the product described by the Contracting Authority. The specification should be submitted in Polish or translated into Polish, specifying, inter alia, the name of the manufacturer, the catalogue number, the composition, the shelf life, the date of manufacture, etc.
The quantity of products delivered in any part may be reduced.
