Description

Zgodnie z Rozdziałem III Specyfikacji.
1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest całodobowe świadczenie usługi transportu medycznego dla szpitala – przewóz pacjentów w stanie niezagrażającym życiu i zdrowiu, oraz materiałów i badań dla Szpitala Specjalistycznego im. Ludwika Rydygiera w Krakowie sp. z o.o., mieszczącego się na os. Złotej Jesieni 1, 31-826 Kraków, opisanej wg Pakietów 1, 2, 3 do specyfikacji.
2. Pozostałe warunki wykonywania usługi określa projekt umowy, stanowiący załącznik nr 3 do specyfikacji.
3. Oferty nie zawierające pełnego zakresu przedmiotu zamówienia, zostaną odrzucone.
