Description

The subject of the procurement is the equipping and execution of the permanent exhibition of the cultural and tourist visitor centre ‘Let’s connect with heritage’ on the ground floor of the Filodrammatica building in Rijeka at Korzo 28, protected as an individual cultural object, entered in the Register of Cultural Goods of the Republic of Croatia under registration number Z-101. The project includes all the elements of the installation and equipment of the space, including the entrance link, multimedia facilities, office equipment, sanitary facilities, multipurpose space and specialized interpretive zones representing 13 sites of the agglomeration of Primorje-Gorski Kotar County. The cultural and tourist visitor center is conceived as a unique place for the presentation of heritage, and also a place where you can find out more information about the cultural heritage of all the partners involved in the project. The installation includes the integration of modern museological solutions through design, lighting, multimedia, sound and fragrance installations, while ensuring the functionality of the space for work and visitors. Spaces are equipped with furniture, interactive devices (touchscreens), visual and graphic interpretations, textile elements, all within special spatial thematic units. The procurement includes the creation, delivery and installation of all elements of the setup, including the processing and implementation of multimedia content and cooperation with the designer and competent institutions for the realization of the project in accordance with the implementation documentation.
