Description

1. The subject of the contract is to carry out activities promoting the development programmes of #StartUP Małopolska, i.e. the incubation programme and the acceleration programme, implemented as part of the Małopolska Entrepreneurship project. 2. The main elements of the contract will be: conducting an information and promotional campaign in Internet portals and in social media, making graphic designs, production of film materials, photographic service. 3. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract (SOPZ) is attached as Annex 1D to SOPZ. 4. The conditions for the performance of the contract are contained in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be incorporated into the content of that contract, the model contract, and constitute Annex 1C to the contract (hereinafter referred to as the model contract). 5. The contracting authority shall specify, in accordance with the provisions of Article 95 of the Act, that it does not require employment by the contractor or subcontractor on the basis of the employment relationship of persons performing activities related to the performance of the contract. 6. The Contractor will be obliged to transfer the author's property rights to the Ordering Party, in accordance with the contract. 7. CPV designation: 79341400-0 - Advertising campaign services, 79342200-5 - Promotion services, 92111200-4 - Production of advertising, propaganda and information films and video tapes, 72400000-4 Internet services. 8. The estimated value of the contract is PLN 233745,00 net.
