Description

Acquisition of audiovisual equipment for the Institute of Anatomy, Histology and Embryology of Semmelweis University through a dynamic purchasing system (hereinafter: In the DBR. The duration of the DBR is 18 months. *** A 321/2015 Pursuant to Section 46(3) of Government Decree No 487/2015 (X. 30.), if other public procurement documents (technical specifications for public procurement) refer to a specific standard, make, origin or type of thing, the name was used only to clearly define the nature of the object, and in addition to the name, the term ‘or equivalent’ is also to be understood, under which the Contracting Authority is obliged to accept an equivalent or better solution than that set out in the documentation.
