Romania-Bucharest: Works for complete or part construction and civil engineering work

Design, performance of works and technical assistance from the designer for the investment objective “Strengthen, modernise, expand and equip the artificial patinoary in the municipality of Gheorgheni, Str. Stadium No 11, Harghita County’.
The estimated value of the contract is RON 28 250 818, excluding VAT, and is composed of:
— expenditure for the acquisition and development of the land, Cap. 1 – RON 138 761;
— expenditure on design and technical assistance (field studies, documents for obtaining opinions/agreements, fire safety scenario, project checks conf. Law No 10/1995, DTAC, PT, DE, POE, ensuring professional liability for the designer, technical assistance during the period of work, drawing up a report at the end of the executionality, technical book, drawing up energy certificates annexed to the acceptance report at the end of the work, the programme for climbing the behaviour of the work over time and the project developed, and others in accordance with the provisions of the specifications) Cap. 3 – RON 1 001 470;
— expenditure for the underlying investment, Cap. 4 – RON 26 570 004;
— sub-head santier organisation. RON 5.1-540 583.
The above values are in line with the general estimate approved by Government Decision No 237/2019. The objective was included in the list of investment objectives by MDRAP Order No 2357/26.11.2014.
The public procurement contract shall be amended during its period of validity under the conditions laid down in Article 221 of Law No 98/2016.
The amendment of the contract during its period of validity, otherwise than in the cases and conditions laid down in Article 221 of Law No 98/2016, shall be carried out by organising a new award procedure, in accordance with the provisions of the law.
In accordance with Article 160 (1) of Law No 98/2016, as amended, the deadline until which any economic operator interested in participating in the public procurement procedure has the right to request clarification or additional information in relation to the award documentation is 16 days before the deadline for the submission of tenders.
The contracting authority establishes that the deadline for replying to all requests for clarification or additional information is on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
