Předmětem veřejné zakázky je závazek dodavatele realizovat stavební práce související s veřejnou zakázku s názvem „Zemní práce – Silnice III/2832 Rohliny a Rakousy“ ev. č. Z24062 („veřejná zakázka Z24062“), jejichž potřeba vznikla v souvislosti s haváriemi a sesuvy půdy v rámci veřejné zakázky Z24062 (podloží se ukázalo být méně stabilní, než bylo předpokládáno dle technických dokumentů veřejné zakázky Z24062).
