The subject of the public procurement is the selection of a contractor for digitalization of the administrative processes in the educational activity of the Medical University - Pleven through upgrading, implementation and maintenance of the existing information system with new electronic services for students, lecturers and administration. Testing 5. Deployment and acceptance into operation 6. Training of staff to work with the information system 7. Preparation and submission of project documentation 8. Warranty maintenance of the information system as of the date of its acceptance by the Acceptance-Delivery Protocol; 9. Post-warranty maintenance of the information system as of the date on which the warranty maintenance expires; 10. The place of performance of the contract is the Medical University of Pleven, Pleven, №1 Kliment Ohridski Str. and the Contractor’s location office. Deadline for upgrade, deployment, testing and commissioning – no more than 9 (nine) months from the date of conclusion of the contract. Period for providing warranty maintenance - not less than 12 (twelve) months from the date of acceptance of the system in operation. Period for providing after warranty maintenance - not less than 12 (twelve) months from the date of completion of warranty maintenance.
