Description

The Marianne-Strauß-Klinik will be extended in several construction phases by extensions and refurbished in the existing building. The total number of beds increases from currently 100 to 120 beds. By increasing the number of beds and expanding the service portfolio, additional rooms are needed. The measure is divided into several construction phases, construction phases and blocks. The existing building has a three-storey or partly four-storey extension on the south side, which starts at the basement level of the existing building. Due to the existing slope, this largely has ground level connections. The south-facing cultivation essentially contains a bed station as well as functional rooms and central changing rooms for the entire clinic. The new refrigeration technology is placed under the roof structure. On the north side, the existing parking deck is partially dismantled and structurally expanded to build a new day clinic, also as an extension.
