Germany-Münster: Plastering work
The existing bone marrow transplant centre is under expansion. A cross-piece is presented in front of the existing building, which is constructed in a U-shaped form, so that a building with a patio is formed on the ground. The building has 4 upper floors and will be extended to the same height. 2 low-floor floors will be built below. Due to the soil conditions, a special pit must be built and, in some cases, pole-mounted. The carcass is conventionally constructed. The façade is made of sheet metal cartridges. The windows shall be provided with an external sun protection. The roof is constructed as a flat roof with green roofing. The interior finishing and technical equipment are characterised by the high hygienic requirements for the KMT areas and the establishment of a GMP area for the pharmacy. The supply of the building will be ensured via the connection to the existing AWT system. Vertical access shall be carried out by means of a lift and stairwells.
