Award method
Criterion: Price
Type: price
Description: The price score is calculated on a linear scale. The tenderer who has the lowest tender price will get 10 points. A arbitrary tenderer B with x % higher price a best tenderer will get points according to the following equation that describes a straight line in a chart: Y = 10 – (X * 10/100). 100% (or more) above the lowest price gives 0 points.
Weight (percentage, exact): 30
Criterion: Competence and organisation
Type: quality
Description: Brief description of the company ́s relevant competence for the framework agreement. A description of how the company works with maintaining, recruiting and retaining its competence, including what measures the company has to maintain its competence in cases where employees resign, go on leave, retire etc., including how to ensure transfer of competence when changing personnel. A description of how the company organises its assignments in accordance with the contracting authority ́s needs, including a need for flexibility in project follow-up. The criterium assessment is based on an overall assessment of the responses, where, among other things, the company ́s robustness will be emphasised. Points will be given on a scale from 0-10, with 10 being the best. The tender that is assessed best for this criterium will get the highest number of points. The other tenders will get points based on a judgement that is based on how the individual tenders appear in relation to the best tender. If the documentation exceeds the stated page numbers, it is up to the contracting authority which sides of the response will be taken into account in the evaluation.
