1. The subject of the contract is the supply (purchase) of teaching equipment to vocational training workshops, i.e. computer equipment, as part of the implementation of the project ‘Support for vocational training infrastructure of secondary schools in Tarnów County’ No FEMP.05.03-IP.01-1374/24 under the European Funds for Małopolska Programme 2021 - 2027 Measure 5.3 Vocational training infrastructure Type A Support for infrastructure of secondary schools providing vocational training co-financed by the European Union, divided into the following tasks: 1) Task/Part 1: Delivery of computer equipment to the Centre for Vocational and Continuing Training in Tuchów, ul. Reymonta 19, 33-170 Tuchów 2) Task/Part 2: Delivery of computer equipment to the Secondary School Complex in Zakliczyn, ul. Grabina 57, 32-840 Zakliczyn 3) Task/Part 3: Delivery of computer equipment to the Secondary School Complex in Żabno, ul. Market 26, 33-240 Żabno. 4)Task/Part 4: Delivery of computer equipment to the Complex of General and Vocational Schools in Hardwice, ul. Łuczkiewiczów 12, 33-190 Drogwice 5) Task/Part 5: Delivery of computer equipment to the Secondary School Complex in Ryglice, ul. Tarnowska 23, 33-160 Ryglice, 6) Task/Part 6: Delivery of computer equipment to the High and Technical School Complex in Wojnicz, ul. Jagiellońska 17, 32 -830 Wojnicz This means that partial tenders may be submitted in the proceedings. 2. The purchased equipment will be used for educational purposes, including practical classes and professional examinations. 3.
