Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia są dostawy sukcesywne odzieży chirurgicznej jednorazowego użytku której opis, rodzaj i szacunkowa ilość zawarte są w formularzu cenowym stanowiącym załącznik do niniejszej SIWZ, w którym Zamawiający określił standardy jakościowe odnoszące się do wszystkich istotnych cech przedmiotu zamówienia, tj. szczegółowy opis i rozmiar odzieży medycznej, rodzaj materiału, zgodność z normą EN 13795-1-3 lub równoważną co określa minimalne wymagania Zamawiającego co do przedmiotu zamówienia i daje gwarancję jakości. Zamawiający uwzględnił koszty cyklu życia.
Oferowany przedmiot zamówienia powinien być fabrycznie nowy, bez znamion użytkowania oraz być pełnowartościowy, kompletny, pierwszej kategorii. Ponadto powinien spełniać wymagania jakościowe i właściwości określone przez Zamawiającego oraz producenta danego wyrobu oraz gwarantować funkcjonalność i niezawodność wykorzystania w zakresie swego przeznaczenia.
