5.1. Within the individual lots, the subject of the order will be delivered to the Endoscopic Simulation Center in Warsaw. 5.5. A detailed description of the individual parts of the subject-matter of the contract, specifying the requirements of the Ordering Party, is attached as Annex 1 to the FTZ. 5.6. The contracting authority shall require a guarantee to be given for the subject-matter of the contract offered under conditions consistent with those set out in the description of the subject-matter of the contract and in the draft contract. 5.7.
