Description

5.1. The order is carried out for the needs of the project entitled: ‘Modern standards of training of specialist doctors in selected treatment specialisations with particular use of innovative IT solutions’, hereinafter referred to as ‘the Project’, co-financed by the European Union from the European Social Fund Plus under the European Funds for Social Development 2021-2027 programme. 5.2. The subject of this contract is the supply and installation of advanced training equipment for doctors for medical endoscopic simulation along with training and maintenance services. 5.3. The contract is divided into 2 lots: 1) Part 1 - Advanced Virtual Robotic Surgery Simulators; 2) Part 2 - Advanced virtual laparoscopic simulators. 5.4. Within the individual lots, the subject of the order will be delivered to the Endoscopic Simulation Center in Warsaw. 5.5. A detailed description of the individual parts of the subject-matter of the contract, specifying the requirements of the Ordering Party, is attached as Annex 1 to the FTZ. 5.6. The contracting authority shall require a guarantee to be given for the subject-matter of the contract offered under conditions consistent with those set out in the description of the subject-matter of the contract and in the draft contract. 5.7.
